We had a great run at the Clemson tournament this weekend. We went 2-1 in group play, beat Clemson in the quarterfinals (who was the #2 seed and we were the #7). We ended up losing to Carolina in the semis but overall we still had a good showing. If you want to see who we played and the scores, the results are up on the schedule page.

We will NOT have practice this Monday 10/12/09.

I got the schedule from Clemson today, it is attached to this posting. Directions to the fields are also attached. ***Our game against VT will be at 8:00pm on Friday, NOT at 8:00am on Saturday***We will be figuring out rides before Friday so that each car can leave whenever they want. We will be practicing today! Campus rec opened up the fields this afternoon so we're good to go.

Just to let everyone know, we beat UNCC 7-1 and tied Wake 2-2 yesterday. We did a lot of good things in both games, just ran out of gas at the end of the second game against Wake.

We will be meeting in the Upper IM parking lot at 6:45am. If you are willing to drive, email me as soon as you can so I can figure out how many cars we have. Also, if you are already going to be in Charlotte email me as well so we know not to wait for you on Sunday. We will be wearing black shorts and black socks. Hey guys, we may or may not be practicing tonight depending on wether or not they open up the fields this afternoon. Call the field hotline close to practice time and it will tell you if the fields are open. The number for the hotline is posted on the home page on the right side. It is automated so just listen to it all the way through. If the field is open we WILL be practicing, hopefully I will see you out there.

If you plan on driving tomorrow here is the address that ECU sent me.

3764 US-264 East, Greenville, NC. This is the field address. These are the most recent fields we have played on, the new complex (North Rec Complex)

I talked to ECU and we are going to play at 6:00pm. We are going to meet at 3:00pm in the Uppper Miller Field parking lot to leave. If you are planning on driving please call or text me asap so I know how many cars we have (704-301-8282). Make sure you wear black shorts and black socks, Matt is bringing the jerseys. Remember, if you can't make it please let me know somehow. I know things come up so if you just let me know sooner rather than later, then we can get someone else to come in your place. If you have any questions or anything just call or email me.

Below is the travel roster for Sunday @ ECU. It looks like we will only be playing one game because UVA is unable to make it. Since we were supposed to play at 2:00pm and 6:00pm, I believe we will be playing ECU at 2:00pm. I'm waiting on ECU to get back to me still so it's not set yet, but I at least wanted to give everyone a heads up. If the game is at 2:00pm, we will be meeting at the Upper Miller Field parking lot at 11:00am to car pool. If you have a car and would be willing to drive that would be very helpful.
